By developing a unified front-end framework, including a comprehensive UI Kit and a scalable Boilerplate, we addressed critical operational inefficiencies and accelerated their development lifecycle. Challenge
As a leading meal card provider, Multinet was managing numerous applications with different front-end structures. This situation led to operational inefficiencies and a slowdown in development processes. This fragmented structure was the core challenge, as it prevented the company from delivering a consistent user experience across its digital products and from rapidly launching new products to the market.
Objective
The primary objective of the project was to establish a unified and efficient front-end infrastructure for all of Multinet's digital assets. The goal was to develop a comprehensive UI Kit and a "Boilerplate" project structure that would standardize the software development lifecycle, significantly accelerate the time-to-market for new features and products, and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
Results
The project resulted in the successful implementation of a unified front-end architecture, which increased operational efficiency and led to an 81% increase in development speed. Thanks to the custom-developed UI Kit and Boilerplate, Multinet can now manage multiple projects under a single, coherent structure. This strategic innovation has harmonized the company's product offerings, enabling it to deliver new and improved user experiences to the market faster and more consistently.
